Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact Raensem immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel the order upon your notification.
Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if they have already been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, we will be happy to accept a return that is in accordance with our return policy. No refunds will be given for shipping and handling fees. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for all return shipping costs. Raensem reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee for any order cancellation received after an item has shipped from our warehouse.
